Jenny brings a unique blend of in-house and private practice experience to her work at Magellan Law. Jenny’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and startup matters, and general corporate matters. She also previously served as legal counsel at a leading Southeast Asian e-commerce platform, where she advised on regulatory, commercial, compliance, and dispute resolution matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Prior to her legal career, Jenny served as an officer in the Singapore Armed Forces for more than 11 years, where she was responsible for collecting and analysing intelligence to support strategic decision-making, operational planning, and policy development.

Jenny is admitted to the Singapore Bar and holds a Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) from the Singapore Management University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of London. Jenny is also an accredited mediator with the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI) and is in the process of attaining mediator accreditation with the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Mediation Centre and the Guangzhou Diversified Dispute Resolution Centre (GDDRC).
