• Acting for The Golden Duck, a Singapore based startup specialising in gourmet snacks, with its internal restructuring exercise and general corporate matters.
• Acting for Beez-FM, a Singapore headquartered facility management company specialised in the delivery of BMS as a service on their internal restructuring exercise and general corporate matters.
• Acting for AMILI, a precision gut microbiome start-up, (a) in raising USD 10.5 million in its over-subscribed Series A funding led by Vulcan Capital*; and (b) with its general corporate matters. 
• Acting for family offices in their early-stage and growth investments.
• Acting for Breathe Pilates on general corporate and compliance matters including drafting co-founders agreements for new partnerships.*
• Acting for the Clermont Group as lead investor in the Series A financing of PostEra Inc., a Boston-based biotechnology company specializing in machine learning for preclinical drug discovery. The Clermont Group led the Series A financing with participation from Breyer Capital, Lifeforce Capital and I2BF, alongside existing investors including Metaplanet, HOF Capital, Ace & Company and R. Martin Chavez.*
• Acting for an American housing construction technology company in its fund-raising exercise in Asia via equity crowd fundings and private placements.*
• Acting for a logistics start-up company with operations in Thailand in its Series B fund raising activities and implementation of an employee stock option scheme.*
• Acting for Prenetics Limited, a Hong Kong-based life sciences company backed by Beyond Ventures, 500 Startups, Venturra Capital, Ping An and Alibaba Hong Kong Entrepreneurs Fund, in the setting up its operations in Asia.*
